Sinus pressure or pain? It may not be a sinus infection.
Sinus pressure or pain can indicate a sinus infection OR it may be referred pain coming from the neck. You may have symptoms of sinus pain but when imaging is done the sinuses are clear. Imaging to clear your sinuses, MRI, medical CT, or the much lower radiation cone beam CT can show us your sinuses. If they are clear and you have facial or sinus pressure and pain then it is coming from another source. One that can be treated.
