Headache Exercises
A forward head posture is common with headache pain. A great exercise to help reduce tension and muscle guarding is nodding. This causes the joints and muscles to work and can reduce tension to the neck. Common symptoms are pain and aching to the back of the head and between the shoulders. Nodding can be done throughout the day for short periods of time.
