Eye muscle pain and strain can cause headache pain, eye pain and strain as well as fatigue. Dizziness, double or blurred vision and focusing issues can also occur with a nerve injury to the eye muscles. Testing of convergence or inward eye motion is done to see if both eyes work together and specific eye muscle palpation or pressure testing is also done.
