Cornerstone Physical Therapy is contracted with private, auto and Workers Compensation insurance carriers. Each insurance provider is different. Co-payments, deductibles and certain Physical Therapy benefits will vary from insurances but also between plans. To provide a smooth transition for our clients, insurance benefits and eligibility are verified prior to service, and insurance is billed as a courtesy. Please contact our office at (719) 596-5000.

Private Pay and Medicare

For those who are not covered by a medical Insurance carrier, or for those with high deductibles, a discounted cash pay option is also available for Physical Therapy coverage. Please contact us and we will be happy to help.

A medical prescription from a Doctor is required for patients with Medicare coverage.
