What is a shoulder impingement? Pinching and pain in the front of your shoulder, worse with lifting your arm or bringing your arm across your chest. Weakness of your grip and 'drop arm' sensation is common. Shoulder impingement is a symptom, not a diagnosis. How do we treat it?
