You are getting better with your first exercises. You can take these exercises and progress them with some additional movement of your head. We recommend standing for these exercises to add balance as part of your training.

Brock String

Convergence
Focus on the beads close and make it clear. You should see two strings at all times with the bead you are focusing on as one clear color. Hold the closer bead with your eyes clearly then slowly turn your head side to side moving 15 to 20 degrees each direction. Then up and down followed by circles of your head each direction, keeping the closer bead clear and in focus.
Make this exercise harder? Turn or move your head further from center while focusing on the closer bead.

Lifesaver Card

Convergence
Focus on a pencil end in front of the card, red and green lifesavers in front of you. You are now working on the upper rows where the lifesavers are further apart. If you are doing well with the closer lifesavers here is your next exercise1
While holding the fused image of the lifesavers turn your head slowly side to side 15 to 20 degrees, then up and down, then in circles. Do these 10 times for each direction. Too easy? Go to the next level.

Divergence
Focus on a pencil end behind the card. You should start to see 4 then 3 circles. You are working on the upper rows where the lifesavers are further apart. If you are doing well with the closer lifesavers here is your next exercise1
While holding the fused image of the lifesavers turn your head slowly side to side 15 to 20 degrees, then up and down, then in circles each direction. Do these 10 times for each direction. Too easy? Go to the next level and up and up.
You can make these harder by moving your head farther.

If you get these done every day that is awesome! Twice a day would be the maximum we would suggest. If this is too tiring then do a little less and work up to more. You can feel tired and dizzy after you do them. Rest your eyes.
